Dwight  Beddingfield
Dwight Beddingfield, 70, of Athens, Alabama, died Saturday, March 7, 2020, at his residence.
Macon was born June 27, 1949 in Limestone County, Alabama, to Macon and Mildred (Greenhaw) Beddingfield. He was a member of the New Oakland Independent Church and retired from 3M.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Dwight Raburn officiating. Burial will be in Myers Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Spry Funeral Home.
Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Steve and John Beddingfield; and three grandchildren.
Survivors include sons, Macon Beddingfield II (Linda) of Athens, Alabama, and Mike Beddingfield (Lynn) of Athens, Alabama; daughter, Angie Carter (Tim) of Athens, Alabama; brothers, Stanley Beddingfield (Kathy) of Montgomery, Alabama, Mark Beddingfield (Kathy) of Athens, Alabama, Rusty Beddingfield (Cathy) of Athens, Alabama, and Chris Beddingfield of Athens, Alabama; sister, Susan Turner (Lee) of Athens, Alabama; grandchildren, Kalyn Carter, T.J. McNatt (Amber), Jon Beddingfield (Erica), Jake Beddingfield, Harley Story, Emily Beddingfield, Kristan Mills and Rhonda Ensminger; great-grandchildren, Lucille Alizabeth Carter and Haisley McNatt; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mike Beddingfield, Jake Beddingfield, Jon Beddingfield, Andrew Martin, T.J. McNatt, Rusty Beddingfield, Brian Beddingfield and Mark Beddingfield.
