Annie Farrar, 100, of Athens, Alabama, passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Farrar. She was a member of Little Elk Missionary Baptist Church, Athens, Alabama. She loved caring for others and helping those in need. She enjoyed her cars and taking care of animals.
Visitation is noon to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at Mason Funeral Home in Athens, Alabama. The service will be noon Saturday, Sept. 8, at Little Elk Missionary Baptist Church, Athens, Alabama. Interment will be in Little Elk Cemetery. Mrs. Farrar will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral.
