Services for Wilma Dean (Thomas) Adams, 82, of Athens, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff May officiating. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Monday at Spry Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Dement Cemetery. Nephews will be pallbearers.
Mrs. Adams died Saturday at her residence.
She was born Feb. 10, 1935, in Limestone County. She was a member of Oakland Church of Christ and she was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter (Buddy) Thomas; and granddaughter, Jasmine Howard.
Survivors include husband Charlie (Bobby) Adams of Athens; son, Greg (Sharon) Thomas of Athens; daughters, Karen (Roger) Howard of Rogersville and Velma (John) Lovell of Athens; grandchildren, Mandy Nickens, Clint Howard, Erica Lovell, Emily Lovell, Justin Thomas and Jordan Thomas; great-grandchildren, Zak Griffin, Cheyenne Griffin and Kayti Howard; sister, Naomi Garner of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's or Hospice of Limestone County.
